My Top 5's

This is a collection of my all time top fives. For some reason it all revolves around different kinds of media. It's a lot harder to come up with than you'd ever think, really it is. Have you ever actually sat down and limited yourself to 5 songs, or 5 movies? Try it sometime, you always have to leave something good off. Unfortunately, I don't have time for a top 100 list.

Be sure to check in every once in a while. These lists aren't set in stone. You never know when they might change.

Once again the year is over. Once again I've made a couple of top 5 lists. If you want to see them go on to My Top Fives of 2006.

This list brings up some very interesting points. Is it possible to have a favorite band, but not feel that any of their songs or albums are among your favorites? Or on the other hand, have a favorite album that doesn't include any of your favorite songs, or isn't by one of your favorite bands? See the problems that arise when you limit yourself to five.

This list also makes me realize I watch entirely to much HBO, or maybe HBO is just that good, I haven't decided yet.

You also may have noticed I fudged a little bit on limiting things to five. I couldn't bear to let Star Wars use up all five of my movie slots (and what would I do when there are six?) so it only counts as one. The same thing applies to The Dark Tower. I can't pick a favorite of the four books, so they count as one.
